Re: Buochs (Stans) (LSMU/LSZC/BXO) 2024
This place seems to be getting harder each time I visit due to a couple of factors. The production/assembly hangar [Weisshorn] is now very crowded with wing sections from both PC-12 and PC-24 meaning that some of the angles that used to be available at the end of the building when viewing from outside are now blocked making reading of the PC-24 in there challenging to say the least! An extra building [with racks of spares] has appeared partly blocking some of the end views between the two main hangars. Also there appeared to to be the ground works [for an extra building?] in front of the pre-delivery hangar [Matterhorn] going on, plus on the visit we had to contend with a freezing rain downpour during the entire time, which made for a very soggy log, luckily written in pencil. Anyway rant over

Matterhorn [Pre-delivery] Hangar
PC-24
506 HB-VZS White
507 HB-VZT Primer [later outside]
508 HB-VZU
509 VT-KGA [easy to see why this was reported as VT-KSA as one of the hangar slats was directly through the registration when viewed from outside]
512 White
515 Platoon colours
PC-12
2336 HB-FQQ [later compass base]
2347 HB-FRB
2350 HB-FLY
2356 SP-WBM
Weisshorn [Production] Hangar
PC-24
[510] [N7TC] Identified from colour scheme - not read
[???] N56DL
[517] Not read but reported in hangar day before and day after our visit
520
521
522........as has been mentioned in other mails we noted some of the parts for this had the 'dual number tie-up' in this case '522' and '253'
524
526
As stated at the above these were all in a line and due to hangar clutter [wing sections mainly] were challenging to read. We were lucky enough to be there when the decided to move some wing sections around which revealed some of the above. An example was 526 which I read off in a 'five minute' window during wing section movements and it was not readable again during the visit.
