Visiting twice on 12.7. was Irish Air Corps‘ Operations Wing/104.Sqn. PC-12/47E 280.

Due to the low key operations of LTG 62 until mid-August some other German transports visited in the last days to take over some of the missions:

31.7. 55+03 C-130J BATS
1.8. 55+02 C-130J BATS (nightstop)
2.8. 14+03 Global 5000 FBS BMVg
2.8. 84+50 CH-53GA HSG 64

Also on 2.8. an as yet unidentified P-3C CUP arrived and FBS Global 6000 14+06.

Most interesting visitor was CN295M T.21-01/35-01 of Ala 35, Esc 353.

Again some nice visitors on 3.8.:

CN295M T.21-01/35-01 of Ala 35, Esc 353 visited again on it´s return flight from the Baltic and got some fuel. Nightstopping is H145M 76+05 of HSG 64.

The most interesting visitor should have been NH90NTH 98+53 of WTD 61 flying as "LIMIT06" from/to Manching. It has the former/later registration 79+66 and is operatung in some Step 2 and 3 trials.

An new arrival for LTG 62 will be A400M 54+43 which should arrive on 18.08.

A400M of LTG 62 active on 21.08. were:

54+02, 54+05, 54+15, 54+17, 54+18, 54+29 and 54+32

Visiting was BATS Rhin/Rhein C-130J 55+03 (nightstop) while MFG 5 NH90NTH 79+59 did an overshoot.

Making a short visit on 22.08. (landing, take-off shortly afterwards) during training was LuxAF A400M CT-01 operated by Belgian AF/15.Wing, 20.Smd. It was the second visit only, after one on December 3rd 2020.

Visiting of 23.08. was A.319-133CJ 15+02 of FBS BMVg.

Out of the 15 on the flightline yesterday late afternoon (23rd) I managed to read 12.
54+05, 54+14, (54+16), 54+21, (54+24), 54+29, 54+31, 54+32, 54+38, (54+39), (54+40), 54+41.
Between brackets were ID'd by MSN.

Arrivals for the annual summer Biwak on 31.08. were:

A.330-243MRTT T-055 of KLu/MMU
A.319-133CJ 15+03 of FBS BMVg
H145M 76+15 of HSG 64
CH-53GA 85+04 of HSG 64

Odly enough 76+15 departed later. It flew one mission and returned to Wunstorf.

P-3C CUP 60+04 of MFG 3 did some nice training for 90 minutes with several touch and go’s and landing/takeoffs.

In the afternoon HSG 64 sent CH-53GA 84+89 from Holzdorf.

Atlas C.1 ZM413 of 24/30/70.Sqn. also arrived.

In the evening A.350-941 10+02 of FBS BMVg did it’s first appearance at Wunstorf flying in 1.100 feet over the base (08 approach) and making an overshoot on 26.

Visiting on 6.9. is Eurofighter GS 31+37 of TLwG 31 and BATS C-130J 55+02.

Based for the nights since 4.9. is CH-53GS 84+64 of HSG 64, flying to and from Celle and the Bergen-Hohne training areas.
