One small correction needed, the KC-46 isn't deployed to Geilenkirchen (yet).

The JZ and MA were swapt from unit and are back in line with the other coded JZ/MA Eagles..

Both KC-46's left Keflavik back to the CONUS. So seems these won't be joining the party at Geilenkirchen.

These two have left RS this morning, and are currently over Scotland.

As far as I know there are no more yanken E-3s based in Poland.

Unfortunately I also saw that the FF F-22s left Poland for Jordan.

Missing from the, AFAIK, latest participants list, are :
Brize Norton, UK KC-135R (?x) ANG GSU Support only
Hohn,DE 4 x RAF Typhoon
Prestwick, UK C-17A (2x) ANG (there have been plenty of C17's related to Air Defender, but they all have gone home again)
Wunstorf, DE C2 JASDF (is this one cancelled?)
Ramstein, DE so far 1 NE ANG KC135R arrived.

The Japanese C-2 is expected to operate out of Le Bourget.

Is it possibe the RAF decided to fly the Tiffies from homeplate instead of deploying them? I haven't seen any reports on transports to Hohn to support them either.. But perhaps they will arrive early on Monday.

Last thing I heard is that the Japanese only send observers, no C-2 unfortunately.

At the list of aircraft for the Salon Le Bourget, C-2 isn’t mentioned either.
