They arrived as planned! And as we all know the USN, they cannot be too calm for too long!
Thanks
I mean early in days before the start of the Ex.
Maybe they want to get used of having dry feet again...

A second Growler will arrive later.
Anyone able to confirm their callsigns?
Adsb showed Factory for one of them, but anyone actually heard them?

In an
interview on German television (Sat 1 Regional) the Commodore of TLG51 stated that the crews will be familiarizing themselves with north German airspace in the remaining time leading up to the exercise. He also said the first priority now was to get them settled in their new temporary barracks. To me, this
sounds like flying activities at least next week, and perhaps tomorrow and Friday (am?) too.

The first of many Hercules visitors (from ETNW) on 1.6. should be C-130H 93-1562 of 158th AS, Georgia ANG.

C-130J 16-5849 of 130th AS/West Virginia ANG landed as first movement on 2.6.
Obviously the US Navy will make a first look of it’s future airspace today.

Online photos show them on an open air flightline, so that would mean a definite 'yes'.

Yes, are on open flightline and surprisingly without any kind of covers, ladders etc. since their arrival.
