PH-NSC had to be extinguished by the airport fire brigade....

Het vuur was ontstaan in het landingsgestel van het toestel, veroorzaakt door vastgelopen remmen.
De enige inzittende heeft het vliegtuigje ongedeerd kunnen verlaten.

De vlieger maakte zich op voor een solovlucht,
toen er brand uitbrak in het landingsgestel.

Daarna vatte de linkervleugel van het één-propeller toestel van Vliegclub Rotterdam vlam.

De luchthavenbrandweer gebruikte onder meer schuim als blusmiddel.
