Is it possible to change the username and e-mail address?
The username is not my biggest consern, but i will lose my e-mail address. So I want to change it.

Yeah but I see no option to change it. No edit button.

Re: Change username and e-mail?
Agreed, neither username or mail address can be changed under Profile -> Account settings.
Might very well be possible for the administrators to change someone's mail address, but for us 'registered users' it's currently not open. That's probably a choice made when setting up the forum because of the way phpBB handles a mail change (effectively disabling the account until it can be verified).
Might be easiest if one of the administrators changes your mail address for you.
Grtz,
Robert W

The forum (PhP BB) uses the website (Joomla) user database. As the Joomla database is leading at his to be changed over there.Stefan wrote:http://forum.scramble.nl/ucp.php?i=prof ... eg_detailsbarool wrote:Hi,

If I recall correctly you can change your email when logged in at the website part of the site. Under user preferences you should be able to change it.

Re: Change username and e-mail?
That should indeed do it. If not, you can contact me so I can try to change it in the Adminpanel.

This worked indeed. Thnx.
You can change the e-mail address via this link. To change the username you have to contact a system administrator.

Otherwise contact me via private message. I can do it in the backend.
