Poland has announced it has sent a letter of request to the US to buy 96 AH-64 Apache attack helicopters in their most modernized GUARDIAN variant.
Poland initially planned to buy 32 unspecified helis.
Such a purchase would create the world’s 2-largest Apache fleet.
