I would assume DICE21flt, 4x F-22A AK/3rd Wing, enroute to Lask, PL. Their route and timing seems to match. DICE11 flt preceded an hour ahead and DICE31flt is due to take off from Lakenheath at 13.00lt, so expect these to enter Dutch airspace around 13.20lt.

Routing may differ due to weather.

Just overhead Veghel in Eastern direction a C-130. Nothing on ADSB.

Overhead NL in Western direction, coming from Ramstein: C-130 Reach 105 (91-1233 according to ADSB). It was clearly visible above the Veluwe. His mate Reach 470 is following, should be 91-1238. => edit: this was also clearly visible over the Veluwe.
Both have actually been read off at Ramstein a few days ago.

Heading the other way is Reach 672 which should be 92-3021, this is approaching the Dutch coastline now. => by 12:50 LT it left Dutch airspace again.
