15-5 we saw 2 F-35's taking off around 17:00 photoproof. One serial read. The other picture was out of focus due to the barbed wire Grrrrr. One EA-18G was standing in front of a shelter.
Around 18:30 two EA-18G's landed. We were enjoying a Schnitzel so we missed the landing. When we walked towards our car at around 18:50 we heared two aircraft taking of. We could not identify them. Some people told it were EA-18G's. At around 19:15 we were overlooking the base and saw three EA-18G's standing between the shelters. The two that landed at around 18:30 and the one that was already standig there at 17:00

F-35 support flights seem to have moved from Mildenhall to Spangdahlem with 4 KC-135’s arriving on June 30, which started support flights as of July 2:
59-1464
59-1475
60-0335
62-3551
Both Fairchild and Mildenhall KC-135’s missions to the East from ETAD now use callsign BART, KC-10 continues with NACHO.
So in total 9 tankers on base: 8 KC-135 (Fairchild 4, Mildenhall 4) and 1 KC-10.

It seems that since July the F-35's are only flying local missions during workweek, no 7 days a week policing missions anymore.
The Growlers on the other hand continue to fly policing missions, also during the weekend.

Seems the VT (and HL?) F35's are leaving tomorrow as 6 'Roma' tankers have repositioned and an ALTRV is up.
