According to the IATA code it should be Twin jet, but they don't have a B738 so it's a bit vague because there is no other airline (according to Planespotters.net) with that IATA code at the moment.
And it's BTW T7438

The aircraft was leased by Belavia. Likely the owner, which is Air Lease Corp, terminated the lease contract as result of EU sanction. The aircraft was then flown from Minsk to Istanbul using Belavia flightnumber. Aircraft was registered into San Marino register to be able to fly in EU-airspace. So no avoiding of boycot.
