Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Mustang 18, Nevada Army Natl Guard-- unusual view because they didn't listen to the tower and flew their own approach--right over the admiral's house. They were 'counseled' by the tower and then told to report to base ops.

I heard they were at Miramar, but in either case, nope, no pix. Was out of town from the 19th-27th. Spent yesterday at Comic-Con. I can hear 'burner take offs as I write this, but not sure who/what is making all the noise.

EDIT 1052 local Still don't know anything about the Canadians*, but 2 VFA-204 legacy Hornets just landed. Flightaware also shows that the Reno gang has brought some F-5ATs back down.

EDIT 2 1445 local ADS-BEx shows Canadian C-130 flying out of Miramar https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?icao=c2af9f
