This guy popped in this afternoon. He wasnt showing under the adsb mil filter and all lists say hes a C-12V...
I'm inclined to think hes a MC-12 variant belonging to 224th MI BN as it came out of Savannah Area and utilized the SHADY 04 callsign.

I am pretty sure this is the C-12V ARMS version. (ARMS = Aerial Reconnaissance Multi-Sensor System)
