Seen today overhead Ronda at 12.15lt a V-22. Looks like it departed from Rota. Someone for a serial of this one? Flying from West to East.

2 weeks ago I noted 6 Ospreys at Moron, which are based there. So probably it was one of these 6

Due to heathaze (38 degrees) I only managed to read the codes: EM-03, EM-06, EM-12, EM-13, EM-14 and one more which I don’t remember at the moment.

These look like the 6 VMM-261 MV-22s that are based at Moron at the moment.

We read 6 off on 24.9.2021. They were:

166687/EM-03
168228/EM-06
168622/EM-10
167913/EM-12
168602/EM-13

and EM-14 which we could not read the serial

Seen on 20-Oct-2021 apon arrival c.15h

2x C-17 on deck.
1x KC-10 on deck.
Three Harriers under the 8 arced sun sheds at the east side of the base.

c.1520 one of the C-17 took off as Reach369 to CONUS.
1540 take off US navy Sikorsky MH-60R Seahawk 166579. Flew the rest of the afternoon and until at least 10 in the evening around the bay and above town.
1545 landing KC-10 Reach xxx.
1625 landing KDC-10 McGuire AMC 84-0188 callsign Gold41.

(edit/addition)

The next morning the three KC-10 and the C-17 were still at the apron and stayed there until at least 12.
Around 10 one on the Armada's Cessna 550 Citation II departed from runway 28.
Between 1030-1100h one Harrier (01-927 / VA.1B-39) made a training or maybe a test flight just off the coast. The pilot performed thee very slow and low approaches from the Atlantic downwind to the beginning of runway 10.
On the ground another Harrier's engine was tested extensively (out of sight).
The same (?) US navy Sikorsky MH-60R that flew around the bay last evening hovered above the helo runway at the east side of the base.

Gold 21 and Gold 31 passed Crete just now, eastbound, seemingly coming from Rota. Anyone know if they are dragging anything along?

No. The DC Vipers have already been replaced by a mix of CO and WI ones.
