Sorry for the late reply.
The photo location is the Slim Slaviero Hotel. Unfortunately the windows don't open enough to take pictures. At the reception they told me that the roof was not accessible due to maintenance work.

Hello, I had a Nikon 70-300VR that I sold to try to buy a Nikon 80-400. As I could't find one (used) I bought a Tamron 70-300.
