Weather in Meppen was totally crappy today... Here is a (not so very good) pic I shot today, just to show you the position of the "spotters place" near the heli port. There is a fire Brigade (?) gate at the Schlagbrückenerweg. This is the only spot where you can take photos. Unfortunately...
