Was the Citation that visited on Saturday the same one that visited on Friday TR.20-01 403-11?

Noted on a quick stop heading for Frisian Flag where NH-90s N-318 & N-326. Also unreadable in the heat haze was a visting Cougar, presume Dutch. Any ideas of the serial?
