CTSW crash

For your list:

FD CTSW SN 05-05-01 N775CT crashed shortly after take off from St. George, Utah on Aug. 29, 2007.
Two people aboard were seriously injured. Initially appears power loss and subsequent stall onto rough terrain.
Total loss of aircraft.
