Hellenic Army is finalizing plans to buy 2 Cessna 208 Caravans for the Special Operations branch. Initial info talks about one aircraft with fixed landing gear and one in amphibious configuration.

HAF F-4Es were not part of the exercise. They flew their regular routine training missions.

Also on Iniochos exercise (e.g 2021) HAF fighters operated from Araxos.
I suppose security restrictions around the USAF detachment limited available space.

The incident actually happened inside the base. After two failed attempts to land due to adverse meteo conditions (rain and crosswind), on the third attempt the plane apparently touched down hard and had a wingtip contact with the runway. It veered off the runway, ended on the grass and caught fire....

Furthermore, the use of a FFP2 (N59) mask or the combined use of a surgical mask with a fabric mask on top of it is mandatory

HAF requires a recent PCR test, performed not earlier than 48 hours prior to admission to its facilities.
