Re: Marseille-Provence (LFML/MRS) 2024
Hi Mike, My shots are not great but I am looking at 78+14 for 30th September and 79+24 for 1st October. I am personally happy with that and have not checked whether either has been seen before as check photos before logging. And the FBN NH90 clearly had no tail serial but there was one on the nose a...

Re: Istres-Le Tube 28-29 September 2024
Hi, At the JJGK Euro hangar to the rear on the left were indeed 5 red/wh/bl 330/332 types. The furthest left (most western) had one of these ubiquitous bits of paper suggesting a MSN with 2398 on it, similar to 2722 and 2794. This matches G-CHCY which has recently been sold by Scotia Helicopters. In...

SP F-16s returning from RF
Hi all, On Wednesday 14th, six 52FW F-16s returned from a Flag (RF 24-3) at Nellis. Followed on Thursday 15th by the remaining five. We know what the serials of the 11 aircraft are that took part but not the split of their return. Both formations were seen by some here in Scotland, one formation of ...

Re: Beja show serials required
Morning Martin, Have had a look at the report and would advise on 2nd June; 1. The T-33A in special marks serial 1930 (noted also as 53-5754) is not mentioned. It was in the circle of four including T-38 2606, Alpha 15244 and Alouette 19401. 2. The Mirage 2000D 686 / 3-JH in the static was carrying ...

Re: Beja show serials required
Morning,
I believe that this rounds off my original queries as had also been sent the MSF report. Many thanks to all respondents to what was a good show blighted by the sad events late on Sunday.
Kind regards

Re: Beja show serials required
Hi wweasel, Have just received these for the 7 in the display - CN-ABP, CN-ABR, CN-ABX, CN-ABU, CN-ABW,CN-ABS and CN-ABT. I have no way of verification but these were expected alongside CN-ABV and CN-ABQ, and clearly one of these was the 8th at Beja. However my last Moroccan 230 is amongst them. Tha...

Re: Beja show serials required
Afternoon, And many thanks for the replies. I was after only one Moroccan and two Aquila but I do like a complete log - fortunately both Aquilas were in the list from wweasel so that is great. The seventh Swiss F-5E as a spare was all grey and not in PdeS marks so that one may be of interest as no P...

Beja show serials required
Morning, The show was curtailed due to the unfortunate accident as has been reported here, however for health reasons I left the show early and was not able to confirm any aircraft of the Spanish, Swiss or Moroccan aerobatic teams. I did however see them all plus spares on the south ramp visible fro...

Re: Kjeller air show 2024
Morning all,
Just in the past day or so, a new website confirming the Kjeller show has been created. The website is now https://www.flydagen.com/ Not as advised on the Scramble Show dates page.
So onwards for 2nd June.

Kjeller air show 2 June 2024
Hi all, Was considering the Kjeller show in Norway for 2nd June 2024 but the website appears to have collapsed and the Facebook page is not suggesting anything at all. The last mention for 2024 being September last year. It is understood that the accident of last year has had an impact. So, does any...

Re: Preserved aircraft visit possible?
Hi,
We did as suggested and managed a great e-mail thread and visit on Wednesday 11th for as you advise is only open Wednesdays. Wonderful host and though a small museum, spotless and well laid out. Looking for an H-34 so if anyone knows of one
Thanks again.

Preserved aircraft visit possible?
Afternoon, About 11 years ago, local spotters at De Kooy were very helpful in contact for the base for a visit. If I may now ask again as contact details have changed. I and three other guys are hoping to visit De Kooy as I personally wish to at least finally see the Sea Hawk preserved on base. I wo...

Re: 2023 SIAF Slovak International Air Fest Malacky 02-03 September 2023
Cheers,
will remember that for next time I see a Slovak or Austrian. Not visible in any of my photos at Malacky however. Is that the same for all H-60s such as the USN MH-60Rs and Ss?
