I've read that during the winter months the sun doesn't reach the base due to the steep valley sides - does anyone know at which point the airbase starts getting sunshine again?

Just read a post on UKAR stating that Kecskemét show will not go ahead in 2016 with the Hungarian MOD too heavily tasked elsewhere to organise the show.

And the F-15s have already cancelled!
