Photo taken from outside the fence at P3 parking. No info on when it will go or what it is doing here, but it looks like it's (at least!) a nightstopper that will stay parked outside.

The current roundel is fake, you could interpret it as an 'alternative' German roundel (colors of the flag of Germany).
