Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Re: Sanicole airshow 16-09-2012
The morning started out with a few scale model planes giving a display. Sadly, I belief only one of them managed to land safely...
#1)
After those displays, I moved to the other end of the runway
#2)
#3)
#4).Even though they tried hard to be spectacular, you can only say their display was cute
#5).The first jet-noise of the day
#6).1945
#7)
#8).Under-water shot
#9).Wannabe-nightshow shot
#10)
#11).I was not expecting to be only the second to post this picture
#12).Vietnam-style
#13).Everyone was complaining they wouldn't fly by
#14).A real dragon
#15)
#16).And a final one to say goodbye and thanks to Sanicole for the show!
I hope you enjoyed these pictures of mine
Some more can be found in my Sanicole Air Show 2012 set on my Flickr photostream

Nice pictures, i will share some of mine;
Was well worth the drive from Amsterdam, too bad the sun didn't really cooperate.
Edit: hope nobody gets in trouble due to my hugely sized pictures compared to y'all. i can cope with my screen, but you might not with yours.

Re: Sanicole airshow 16-09-2012
Together with the An-2 of Classic Wings, we departed from Teuge in a Chipmunk T.10 to participate in the Sanicole AirShow.
The flight from and to Sanicole was wonderful, also due to the very nice weather.
I was asked to be the copilot in the An-2 during its display, doing completely nothing, but we had to refuel at KB so that was a nice opportunity as well.
Here are some pictures:
