Waddington Departures - 2/7/12

Post by Indiaecho »

Hi,

Apologies, as these are rather late, but I went to the rather wet and miserable Waddington departures day.

The first aircraft to leave were the Swiss F-18s:-

The Norwegian Falcon 20 made an early departure as well:-

A short flight home for this RAF King Air:-

The Tiger Tail on this Czech JAS39 Gripen did its best to brighten the mood:-

Italian Air Force Hercules MM62184 was an interesting visitor:-

The highspeed pass from the German Phantom after departure was much appreciated by everyone watching:-

I left just after the Australian 737, the highlight for me, departed:-

All in all, an enjoyable morning, but much too wet and cold for what July should be!

I hope the photos are of interest - a picture of just about all movements can be found at http://www.flickr.com/photos/indiaecho/
