Here some pictures from the 90 years anniversary show, also held at Cigli.
Don't bother you with the "normal" european stuff, but only Turkish ones.
SAR Stanby

base flight UH-1 parked at the sportsfield
Now gone with the Turks; AB204 from the navy
This RF-4 was from an officer that was visiting the show
Last one for now; this shows the flybys , far and high.

Nice shots!! If this is representative for the show (parked in front of shelters, no fences to obstruct) you make my day.
With respect to the fly over: luckily we now have DSLR's with a crop factor...

Nice pictures. Hope you all enjoy this, 20+ years ago they would have shot you if you were in the vicinity of the airbase

The 90 years anniversary show at Cigli was held about ten years ago...
November 2024 update at FokkerNews.nl....
Re: Izmir participants FIRST PICTURES
This pictures , were taken at places that were a " NO GO" during the show days.
The static was a little bit of a mess , as there were poles and ropes around all aircraft, and also to close to the aircraft.
But let's hope it will be much better this time.

I like the pics and it sure makes me look forward to the show next week.
But, I completely fail to understand the topic title.

Hi,
great pictures of some very nice aircraft . Unfortunately the circumstances in which this pictures were taken do not representive the true situation for visiting public as these pictures were taken at NO GO area's for the public.
Next to that I agree with Erwin. The title I do not understand and this topic should not be in this part of the aviation forum but under topic: thematic & non-actual.
... but again the pictures showed are beauties.
Grtz,
Edward.
