Today I payed a visit to Neuburg in the south of Germany and home of the JG74 "Molders" flying the Eurofighter. The day started cloudy for the first mission but in the afternoon the sun came through and resulted in some nice pics. Flying activity is low but because the airbase is very accessable, it turned out quite nice.
1. taxiing back into the shelter area
2. crossing the runway to the North part of the airbase
3. take-off for the afternoon mission
4. very clean visiting Tornado, probably from nearby Lechfeld
5. returning from their 1,5 hour mission
6.
7. taxi back the long taxiway

Very nice pics Peter, next days I'm also in the south...
The 44+21 is an ex-JaboG31 Boelcke(Nörvenich) Tonka and belongs now to the WTD61 at Manching. It's a rare one, gratulations...

Nice pics!
Those taxiing pictures, were those taken on base, or from outside?
Regards,
Oscar

Yes, all pictures are taken outside the airbase. It is a very compact airbase and very open and shots on the taxiway and runway can be done with relative small mm's.
