RCH054 currently is Westbound overhead The Netherlands (131.080 -> 132.635 -> 132.085), sounds like a KC135. Civi's will not come up a UHF freq
Active on [355.800] was/is RCH624, first called himself RCH3603 and inbound Ramstein (132.635 -> 131.080 -> 135.350 -> 124.475)

Ott spotters in UK tied RCH332 with 83-0082 as it was the only one corresponding with Altitude and SSR code clearances given by atc and loggings on SBS-1.
