I wrote a mail to press-office of the Radom and this is what we can get for 50€:
spotters will have access to aircraft on static display and to special places /for taking photos/ "around" runway during arrival days, display days and departure of all aircrafts on air show. Access to all places will be co-ordinated by Press Centre.
So, starting from arrivals on 29th August to departures on 3rd September you will have access rights like all media representatives /PRESS type accreditation/. Details soon on internet.
I hope my answer will help you.
My best regards
capt. Jakub Block

Anyone know what general public access is like? Acceptable or should we take the plunch and invest the € 50?

I was there in 2005. Static is okay for photos, the flying display you have too keep in account that most of the day you will be looking into the sun.
This photo was made in the public area, focal length is 281mm (photo not cropped or edited).
This photo was made in the vip-area, but similar photos can be made in the public area (focal length=299mm).
Most aircraft taxi in front of you when looking at the flying displays
I had a wonderfull day at Radom, and if I had the time I would go to the airshow again. I hope this information helps.

UH-60M at Radom
The latest Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. BLACK HAWK helicopter will perform an aerial demonstration and be put on static display at the Radom and MSPO air shows in early September. This will be the first time the aircraft has flown in Poland. Sikorsky is a subsidiary of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX).
Spectators and military personnel will have the opportunity to view the technological and flight capabilities of a UH-60M, the newest BLACK HAWK helicopter, which Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. is currently producing for the U.S. Army. The aircraft will fly during demonstrations at the Radom Air Show on Sept. 1 and during the 15th Annual Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO in Kielce, Poland, from Sept. 3-6.

A lot of aircraft didn't show up, for example: Dutch Apache, F-1 Spain, Danish F-16's etc. The F-15C demonstration rehearsal was'nt flown from Radom. Don't know which air base it did flew from...
Weather was great in the morning but got worse in the afternoon. Forecast for tomorrow is bad, sunday will be better.

Hi Remco,
It would be really superb if you could check the construction number of this one.
The plate is located in the cockpit on the side of the middle console (next to the knee of the pilot or co-pilot).
Thanks in advance for your efforts.
