I was out of town when I heard about the meeting and returned after the Australian and UK prime ministers arrived. We had GREAT weather on Monday when Air Force 1 arrived, but rain was imminent when it departed.
for the photographers out there...330mm on a crop sensor from Pt Loma, headed for runway 36 at NAS North Island
RAAF used one of their KC-30As (A39-007) to bring the Prime Minister to San Diego (Lindbergh Field)
I was expecting the RAF A330 VIP Voyager, but was surprised to see the smaller A321 Neo.
Since I had been gone for a week, AND I am about to take off for again for Pt Mugu airshow AND RF 23-2, I did not hang around the airport to catch the AUs/UK departures after the talks were finished.
Security patrol
Again, from Pt Loma, 440mm focal length on crop Nikon D500
...AF 1 was in town < 24 hours

Re: AUKUS trilateral meeting San Diego Aus/UK/USA transports
No pix, but we also had C-17 DEED 165 ( ANDREWS AFB- NZY) on Sunday, bringing in the Beast and assorted other items in prep for the visit. Never saw any HMX helos (think LA and Vegas took them all).
Another C-17, DEED 143 came in afterwards and took the Beast back to Andrews.
...and finally, on Monday as I was driving out to Pt Loma to shoot the arrival of AF1 I saw a USAF- C- 40 landing at KSAN. It might have been there to take Caroline Kennedy (ambassador to Australia, who was also in town) home, or else bring in additional VIPs.
Oh, and not aviation related, but of course the Navy took center stage for this visit. They had Burke class destroyers fully decked out with bunting at Pier Z (ammo pier), the degaussing pier àt Pt Loma and the 3rd destroyer tied up AT the sub base. Plus 2 688 subs and a Virginia class (the type being sold to Oz) at the base.
KNZY was used exclusively for AF1, for over 24 hours I don't think anything else flew in or out. Everybody else had to use KSAN.
