In the early days of 2023 it is a normal sight at Volkel Air Base to see F-16 and F-35 operations in mixed flights. The Royal Netherlands Air Force is daily building up the F-35 fleet. In this video two mixed flights of an F-16 and an F-35 are taking off from Volkel for a new sortie.
