Looking down from the viewpoint, Ramstein seems to be a having some party on the apron east of the tower. Lots of parked cars, tents and people...

I was at Herrgaertchen viewpoint around 13:30LT when there were still 2x C-37 on the ramp.At which time did you check the ramp?
According to ADS-B 01-0030 left around 14:00LT while I was driving to the Herc-side landing.
