Just returned from my trip to the US. It was an enjoyable morning at PDX, here is one photo, more to follow:

Mooi shot, alleen op de neus is er wat onscherpte, da's jammer.

Indeed a bit unsharp on the nose as I see it now on my monitor and not the laptop screen.
It is most likely due to having various heat sources between me and the runway like other aircraft and aircondition vents of the terminal.
Here is another shot with a different angle:
There were 6 VMFA232 FA18C's present that day:
165181/WT-00, 165186/WT-01, 165183/WT-04, 165195/WT-07, 165218/WT-10, 165222/WT-11. In the morning 4 flew, 2nd wave there were 5. Only WT-04 didn't fly. Too bad I couldn't wait for the 2nd wave but I had a plane to catch. Serials courtesy of Paul, a local spotter.
Supporting the FA18's was a KC130J 167985/QB:
