Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Found this picture on the net. Maybe it is in the same museum as the X-3 that was mentioned earlier in this topic. In that case it should not be that difficult....

the funny thing about the photo i posted was this... The pilot had to go max throttle to clear the fence... But he didn't know some little russian plane would do almost the same a couple of years later ;)

Hi Arnold (and others),
Both SVVS and LVT did not respond to (numerous) requests. Too bad but that is the way it goes.
Something went very wrong apparently. As Rob already mentioned I tried to find a third person (and still am trying actually) to form a team. I personally never saw an invitation or reminder at all for the SVVS. Of course I believe you when you say those requests have been made  but apparently our communication is as asleep as the whole SVVS unfortunately.
Sorry for that! I'm still hoping to find the third person, if not I will be present as spectator at least.....

Sorry for the off topic, but I only just noticed this issue. Now back to the photos! :D
Cheers,

Hi Patrick,

You are still most welcome at the quiz. Please let me know if you find a third person!
