Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

@ Derice; nice banking shots
@ Lars; I like the last 2 shots
1 Yesterday I started real early
DETUR Corendon TC-TJJ in take off.
2 I had to kill some time before the Antonov's arrival so I went to the Polderbaan for some side-on action.
3 Taken from a legal place and checked 3 times in 20 minutes by the authorities.
4 Spent some time with Derice to catch some banking shots. Made some compromise about the location and found myself a bit to close to the action
5 Found another place to catch the TK773 at the best moment. I'm happy with this one

@ #4.
That's really close.
Side effect of 1000mm?
The other spot was indeed a better one for the banking shots!

Hmm... damn... I can only imagine how I would have looked at 1000mm...
To compare, I've made my Malaysian shots @ 280 mm.

LarsEHAM, deep in your heart you want to be a pilot, instead of taking pictures of airplanes or just cockpits! Right? Or is it human interest?

Correct Ger, I do want to become a pilot.
But I do like photography a lot and before I can become a pilot this is a perfect way of spending my time.(17 years old right now ).
Added bonus is that I know quite a few pilots and its always fun showing them pictures of them self
