The Gulfstream I N748AA departed 1640. Rarely seen, nice one. No info about the Gulfstream 4.

The Gulfstream 1 indeed departed around 1640lt, the Russian Gulfstream 4 is parked near the red/white blocks at the Jet Center and will nightstop.
