Swedish Text TV (who only uses direct information, intervjus and specified statements etc).

French foreign minister JM Ayrault tells that the air attacks is war chrime. More than five hospitals and 2 schools has been attacked.

Attacks against hospitals of the Assad regime (and Russia) and the air bombing must direct stop, he says.

UN commander Ban Ki-Moon says the air attacks breaks international law and shadows possibilities of ending the war.

Rest my words with specified sources;

Yesterday Russian spokesman, a general major, tells the ground leading information to the attacking planes functions very well. (direct on TV)

The Russian air group receives intelligence information supplied by a network of ground forces (source col gen Viktor Bondarev in latest Air Force Magazine). Military ground units supply air force bombing units with information for better accuracy.

They operate in bombing hot spots. Used units is Special Forces supported by sapper shooting and razved (reconnaissance) forces from different brigades using BTR-82A and KamAz vehicles. Special Forces are from GRU SpN brigades and 45 intelligence regiment (part of VDD forces). Ground units (from Russian army and marine brigades) protect Russian forces (especially air- and naval bases) and artillery and storage bases.

In Kunduz too, this place was identified as an hospital with its location given to the US planners sooner.
It doesn't prevent the risk of mistake or colateral damage.
So first you question the marks (which people there themselves claim are there in fact) and then you mention the one in Kunduz was indentified? And one incident in Kunduz, which again was admitted to as being a mistake, is not the same as FIVE in ONE DAY. And many, many more in a campaign of 4 months. What the Russians do is
1) no longer an incident and
2) denied from all levels even when the evidence is all over the place.

Yes, accidents and incidents in war happen. You simply cannot rule out collatoral damage. Hack, the Americans even took out there own on multiple occations in Afghanistan. But what the Russians are now doing is at a totally different level. It is not an isolated incident, it is simply planned, for whatever reason. That's a warcrime and should be investigated. Surely, you should agree that international law should be adhered to, right?

And bombing hospitals by planes is part of the military news dicussed here, unfortunately.

Hammarö, I am sure I am not alone in welcoming your views and reports of all things aeronautically Soviet, especially in the region. I for one have been spotting military aircraft for the best part of 50 years and would not be doing so if I was worried that at some stage a war machine might be used for, well, war. Keep up the excellent work (but maybe work on your english a little - but not to the detriment of your news!)
Well done old chap! If they want you put in the tattle lounge, don´t worry, you´ll just get serious readers in there :respect:

I express with short words as the doctors in their reports, as I am a engineer.

The four Su-35S in Hmejmim delivered in November 2015 to Dzemgi IAP is brand new.

All four Su-35S flew to Akhtubinsk 20th November 2015 and further to Privolzhskij close to Astrakhan the 23 December.

Was it a planned delay or were they waiting for duty of the commanders? Someone have a clew?

The 1st of February the planes were combat ready at Hmejmim, Syria.

I know that the Su-35S have had big problems with the computers, and many Su-35S has rotated around Dzemgi, Lipetsk, Zhukovskij and Akhtubinsk. The deliveries to VVS has been delayed. Someone know more about it?

Su-24 on Hmejmim air base.

72 white RF-93811/x im RF-95103 Su-24M2
73 white RF-95104 Su-24/x Khurba
74 white RF-93808/x im RF-95105 Su-24M2; anchor on tail (ex Navy?)
78 white RF-95109/x Khurba

One source claim the 74 white is RF-95105. I have controlled it. This is wrong and is in fact RF-93808.
The same source claim the 72 white is RF-95103. I have also controlled it. This is also wrong and is in fact RF-93811.
The same source have also pointed out the crews after wrong serial?

There is still at least 12 Su-24M/Su-24M2 at the base.

A video on Internet show at least 9 Mi-17/24P/35 at a air base with HAS/Hardened Air Shelters.
It should be Shayrat air base. It must be further delivered helicopters to area.
