mayby I am wrong., but I thought that KLM still had another 2 738's on order that will be delivered this year. I haven't a KLM fleetlist here so maybe someone can check this.?
I have it here (see below), this KLM intranet overview is dated 31st of August 2011. Number 23 is PH-BCB which already has been delivered in May 2011, so no more 737-800's in 2011 or 2012. Number 24 will be delivered in April 2013.

PARIJS/AMSTELVEEN - Air France-KLM plaatst bij Airbus en Boeing een order voor opgeteld 110 vliegtuigen. Het gaat om vijftig vaste bestellingen en zestig opties. Airbus mag in ieder geval 25 A350-900's leveren, Boeing even zoveel 787-9's. Dat heeft Air France-KLM vrijdag bekendgemaakt. De onderneming neemt verder opties op nog 35 A350's en 25 787 Dreamliners.
De raad van bestuur van de fusiemaatschappij is donderdag met de aankoop akkoord gegaan. Wel moeten nog afrondende gesprekken met Airbus en Boeing worden gevoerd.
Het is de bedoeling dat KLM in 2016 haar eerste 787-9 in ontvangst neemt. Vanaf dat moment verdwijnen de driemorige MD-11's uit de vloot. Air France krijgt in 2018 haar eerste A350 XWB. Bij de Franse maatschappij wordt afscheid genomen van de Airbus A340-300. In een later stadium gaan de twee maatschappijen beide met zowel de 787 als A350 vliegen.
De uitbreiding en verjonging van de vloot moet leiden tot 73 Airbus A350's en 787's in het jaar 2024, aldus Air France-KLM vrijdag. Het gaat daarbij om 43 A350's en dertig 787's.
Welke leverancier de motoren voor de 787 Dreamliner mag leveren, wordt later bekendgemaakt. De A350 zal worden aangedreven door de Trent XWB-motor van Rolls-Royce. Dat is het enige voor de A350-900 beschikbare motortype.

Little update: PH-BDW (737-400) will fly it's last commercial services on Sunday 18 September or on Monday 19 September. Aircraft will be returned to lessor early November.
As of 20 September the KLM fleet has left 5 active 737PG's:
733: BDO, BTD
734: BTA, BTB, BTG
Notes:
1) PH-BTF is stored in NWI. Aircraft is for sale.
2) PH-BDT is presently near Hg10 for lessor return activities. Redelivery before end of Sep11 >> will become N530WL.
3) PH-BPB and PH-BPC are stored in NWI and will be scrapped during the next few months.
And still no replacement order for the KLM 747-400's full passenger aircraft. Peter Hratman mentioned in an interview in August 2011 that an order of 6 A380's for KLM is not impossible even as an order for 6 more 777-300 ER's (renewed version). The 747-8 should be no option for this moment.
About the replacement for the Air France 747's, an order for more A380's shold be expected besides the below mentioned order of 787-9/A350 order.
