Piper PA-44-180 Seminole F-GCJE was stolen in the early morning of the 26th of Febr. on the airport of Perpignan.
In the early morning it overflew the city at very low level and crashed around 8 o'clock in the area of Corneille-del-Vercol, south of Perpignan. The pseudo-pilot did not survive.
