The U.S. Air Force KC-46 Pegasus made quite the entrance ahead of the Paris Air Show,
with an unexpected landing on runway 21 at Le Bourget Airport.

We’re not quite sure why the pilots decided on this unusual approach,
but it is entertaining to watch.

Anything except respect. They indeed should have aborted their final approach and should have gone around. This shows quite reckless behaviour jeopardising safety of crew and aircraft. It is even more surprising no reverse thrust has been used after such a long landing.
