If you mean today (the 8th) ADSB showed '15'
Also #11 was flying for Ferte-Alais, but this was in the afternoon.

It was 15.... could just make it on the photo

On the subject of Evreux, there is one Maxwell Herc there. Anybody who knows which one?
saw Maxwell 19143 with D-day markings last Friday. Pix proof (with fence in front....)
Also:
G-275 C-130 Netherlands
CH-11 C-130 Belgium
1x A330 France
4x USAF C-130 tails only
140113 CP-140
6166 C-130 Romania
23284 C-130 Flying Vikings
11237 C-130 Kentucky
F-RACC Dhc-6 France
47316 C-130 AFRC (Colorado Flag)
R225 C-160 France came in around 13:30hrs
and a lot more local stuff.

If I was alone I was going for the 4x C-130 remaining unidentified, but my 6 month old daughter needed to go home. She already spend over 20hrs of plane spotting this holiday, including a full day of smiling at Caen...

Patrick,

The times doesn't match so probably other ones?

Oscar
Well, there are/were only 4 CH-47s in Normandy afaik, so I can't see how another formation of 3 would have been flying around? They possibly never went all the way to Paris but went somewhere else.
Either way we saw all four at the Hippodrome, so it is an academic question (for us) anyway.

The previously mentioned AgustaWestland Wildcats (3x) passed Omaha Beach at 11.10 LT today, 15 minutes after the three Chinooks made a low pass. Unfortunately too far away to get serials.

Five minutes later C-130H 94-7316 also made a low pass over the beach.

Passed Carentan around 21:15lt again

4x CH-47
195, 199, 200, 466
(so with the previous reports this makes at least six CH-47 in the region, as 168 and 202 were also noted in the past few days)

8x UH-60
261, 223, 707, 398, 255, +3 (with black serials)

Anyone who can corfirm the last three??
In previous reports I saw 415, 271 and 419 as well. That makes eight.

Best regards Rob

Yesterday around 19.30 3x DC-3 passed Rouen going to the east. 2 Dark and 1 white/silver colored. Someone for their ID’s?

Thanks Rob for the serials. Are you sure about 255? In an earlier report was 225 noted.

We read off 255 as well (on the 7th), no 225. Apart from the five mentioned here we saw 271, 419 and 709. No 415, possibly a misread?
So there were more than 4 CH-47s after all by the way, indeed on the 7th we saw 168, 195, 200 and 202.

Patrick thank you for the conformation.
But can someone confirm 709?
96-26709 is w/o and I believe 14-20709 is not in Europe at the moment.
