Re: NAS North Island MIL 2018
Thanks mm12bva, I was there on the 28/09 and will post my sightings from the north bay cruise as soon as I sort through my photos. Regrettably it was quite a misty day during the cruise. The C-17 66159 was there on this date and I observed two C-17's there on the 29th around 18:00, but no serials obtained.

We started our day at the Cabrillo National Monument to get an over view of the field, more views will show up here https://www.flickr.com/photos/52287882@ ... 2052264634 over the coming weeks but for now can any one confirm any of the F-18s in this picture
https://www.flickr.com/photos/52287882@N05/31346444668
the near one by fire station I assume is 164700 ?
then there are 4 F-18F parked on the ramp behind the C-2s and then another "deck Trainer" on board CVN-70 USS Carl Vinson
I will take the 2 Lear Jets also if anyone knows them
The C-40 is 165831 and Metro Liners N27442,N175SW departed

Re: NAS North Island MIL 2018
Thanks for the log.
In this picture : https://flic.kr/p/299gCcU you can see the remains of a crashed MV-22B (168634). Just left of the small “carport” like shed in the middle/right.
A bit difficult to see from this angle but when on the boat it should have been easier to recognize.
You might have noticed on https://flic.kr/p/PKYHUy besides the grey Hornet at the firestation, there is another one with a black tail between the parked cars, id unknown unfortunately.
Cheers,
