Farnborough

Post by patrick dirksen »

At the end of the airshow today, July 17th, the Gama hangar was partly open. On the far left was a grey Beech 350, possibly G-DAYP. This is operating for 14 squadron and should get a mil serial as a Shadow. Can somebody confirm this is indeed AYP?
A little bit to the right was an Avenger. I don't need it, but for completeness sake does someone know which one?
The flypast was performed by Lightning ZM145 and Typhoon ZJ917.

Patrick

I think you will find that G-DAYP is still in a civl colour scheme. Also I have not seen it reported recently so may be at Hawarden under conversion.

Actually, AYDP is in a grey c/s, with just the registration in white, see pictures on the www. And I have had confitmation it is indeed at Farnborough.
The Avenger should be ZZ501.
