From ADSB data it looks like several transport aircraft are operating out of Ramstein into Poland for droppings. i guess for Sabre Strike.
Currently inbound Poland/ Baltics are:
Lyra03 ItalianAF C130 MM62183
Manu12 HH ANG C17A 05-5150
BRK93 Nato C17A 01
BRK94 Nato C17A 03
