84-0021 will receive same treatment as 0106 at EGUL.

Considering all Oregon F-15Cs were grounded last month due to structural issues, it might have something to do with that ;)
Cheers,

Anyone with inside intell that can share the status of Polish MiG29 89 here? She hasn't been airborne since last Friday arrivals day.....

Just my two cents: it might well be linked to the fact that this bird landed short of runway 27 (in the grass) upon arrival on thursday

Thanks Frank. Didn't realize it was this one.
Wasn't the MiG29 designed to be able operate from unpaved surfaces?

It was. But I doubt if they still use that capacity much in Poland, and if the airframe is still up to that trick after all these years. The early landing might also have been a case of a technical issue instead of pilot error, as most people who were there seem to believe; that would warrant further investigation. There's an interesting picture of the incident on milspotters, though

The Polish F-16’s and MiG’s couldn’t be seen. Except for one MiG who was standing on the Marssum side. Someone for the serial of this bird?

I would put my money on 89.... The sick one..
59 & 111 operated from the shelters nearest to the 'spottersheuvel' last Thursday.

Thanks Ben for your answer. If someone could confirm this, that would be great.

It was the 89, the 59 and 11 were flying at the same time.
Testing the right engine I guess because it was with full afterburner several times.

Thanks Martin, but I saw this one saturday so the other two weren’t flying. But I believe it’s 89.
