Does anyone know what was hiding behind the c/s "REDHAWK" which could be seen today around Leeuwarden? Even on FR24 with a temporary Verticalspeed of +30000? It had an invalid ICAO "000001".
I believe at FF2015, the GAF provided a DCRC, nicknamed Red Hawk? Could that be it?

Why is 85-0106 staying at LKN for a long time ?
Re: Frisian Flag 2018
DCRC Holzdorf indeed has REDHAWK as callsign. I can not explain the fr24 log though.skaw874 wrote:Does anyone know what was hiding behind the c/s "REDHAWK" which could be seen today around Leeuwarden? Even on FR24 with a temporary Verticalspeed of +30000? It had an invalid ICAO "000001".

REDHAWK was working today with Schleswig and Buchel Tornado's on 265.625 but not FF related in my opinion.

Hi,
At the moment we are in the third day of FF.
I am planning to go next Friday.
Because I am from Rotterdam, I would like to know what time the first departure were last days.
Can anyone tell me?
And what time were the first planes returning from their missions?
Kind regards,
Roy

Due to structural damage.AGGRESSOR wrote:Why is 85-0106 staying at LKN for a long time ?
84-0021 spend some time in the hanger, but last friday it was outside. As far as I know only 83-0018 was last Friday (6-4-18) not on the flightline.

Hi Roy, my advise is to stand up early and be at Leeuwarden/Marsum around 9.Roy wrote:Hi,

Then you will be able to photograph the take off of the fighters without heath haze. In the afternoon, around 13:30 when temperature is much higher than in the morning, take off shots are mostly impossible due to the heath haze in the air above the runways.
And landingshots in the afternoon are not so good due to the position of the sun behind the planes.
Finally if you are early you avoid traffic jams on the A4/A5... Plan to pass Schiphol before 7:30.

All six MA's were on the flightline last friday.
