LOG: Ras al Khaimah 25th March 18

I took a long overdue trip up to Ras al Khaimah and then across to Fujairah on Sunday to catch up with the current status of the many stored Russian and classic types at both airports.

With the recently announced upgrade to the airport at Fujairah it is quite possible many of the remaining frames will be reduced to scrape in the not too distant future.

First stop was Ras al Khaimah, and not much has changed here in the past couple of years with many of the frames still parked in exactly the same spot as my last visit. The usual caution should be heeded if you ever visit Ras.
