Noted a couple of weeks before your visit along road 158 out of Franje:r.e.hendriks wrote:Hi,

"177" G-2 Galeb no markings in the cockpit, number painted on the nose.
Blue c/s, fake nose cone. Original 177 flies in Australia?
Cheers

Do you have coordinates for this Galeb at Vranje?HUD wrote:Noted a couple of weeks before your visit along road 158 out of Franje:r.e.hendriks wrote:Hi,

Ik heb de YU-YAE nog op 03.11.2016 op Ecka gezien. De ze kist staat daar in de winter maanden in onderhoud.

Re: Wrecks & Relics in Serbia
I don't see a road 158 out of Vranje, though I can see a 258. If Ron has co-ords, that would be a big help. I wonder if this Galeb may possibly have come from nearby Vranjska Banja where an unidentified Galeb disappeared from Google Earth imagery between 10.5.13 and 7.5.16. This a/c was located at N42.547261° E22.002473°.
Cheers,
Mike

Re: Wrecks & Relics in Serbia
Though I notice it was of course a Jastreb at Vranjska Banja, not a Galeb.

Re: Wrecks & Relics in Serbia
Could this be an NJ-21 (two-seat Jastreb)?
