This morning two Skyhawks (534 and 495) flew plus 2 QRA Eurofighters 31+10 and 30+90.

This afternoon two of them (532 and 534) flew. But no Eurofighters. QRA was cancelled due to tech. problems.

No flying at Wednesday this week. Some kind of local holiday.

Wondering what your source is CBR, as A-4N C-FGZO/532 took off this morning shortly after 8 am and there is no NOTAM indicating a closure of any kind today...

I think the local holiday is for beieren region only and somebody 'assumed' it to be applicable for the whole of germany...
the NOTAM for neubug states for today: Aerodrome closed...

Yesterday (15AUG) was Assumption Day, which is a holiday only in Catholic regions in Germany. i.e. Bavaria and Saarland.

A generally very reliable local source (name withheld), who was right about Neuburg but obviously wrong about Wittmund. Sorry for that.

There was no 31+20. It was 31+10 together with 30+30 (both QRA). The 2nd LWD was J-631. 30+77 was reported to have departed at 1630lcl to ETNL.

All Eufi wings are saving flighthours during August for their Brilliant Arrow participation. That´s the reason for low flying!

In the week prior to the start of the exercise, it is to early to tell on which date (first transports, then fighters (probably thursday or friday morning))
