Visual in the US can be done at any time of day, the only limiting factor is weather for VFR approaches. If sky clear or only medium to high clouds, visual approaches and tactical joins/breaks are not a problem...

No eagles today . They positioned the next set of tankers to Gander but the Wx is poor , snow / low cloud and they can't get out. They'll be issues with take off alts etc. Tomorrow doesn't look much better !
