Operating in the Rota overhead around 10:30 LT today was 07-8613 C-130J-30 calling HERKY61 perorming paredrops. Still unclear whether this Super Hercules is flying from here, or Moron AB. *update, this C-130J-30 is operating from here and has been recorded flying on the 19th and 20th as well.

The Ramstein C-130J that was doing para drops here this week,07-8613 departed home this afternoon as HKY61.

Another RCH departure today was C-17A C-17A 99-0058 (62nd AW?) RCH250, but I'm not sure if it was out of there, or Moron AB.

P-3C 160283 was SOC in February 2015 after it was damaged in the NIPPI hangar on 15 Februari 2014. Are there any pictures of this Orion at Rota ?

No. It used the former hex code for 160283.

By the time I knew it was due there was insufficient time to make it to LERT to see it land. No visible unit markings. No Bu No on the plan.

It used hex code AE1D2B-AFAIK last reported as 160283 some years ago.
