Scattered clouds early, giving way to full sun at 39C with 1/2 the based fixed wingers showing themselves by lunchtime:-
T-6A FTS 456, 473, 475, 478, 481, 483, 484, 488, 490, 491, 492, 494, 495, 497, 498
M-346I 102sqn - no badge carried - 102, 108, 114, 118, 121, 122, 130, 131, 141, 144, 145, 154, 159, 160, 164 (last a/c)
F-15I 69Sqn 205, 215, 220, 223, 232, 235, 244, 246, 252, 261, 263, 269
F-16I 107Sqn 803, 811, 827, 833, 855, 873, 874, 877, 898.
The father of a local kibbutz member has planted an olive tree, and his friends have built a stone seat in memory of a lad who liked to watch the planes but sadly succumbed to cancer. This is almost ideally positioned between the runways, ideally that is for someone who knows how to focus
